Build and scale our aircraft marketplace platform using Next.js. Work across the full stack with modern technologies including PostgreSQL (Supabase) and Tailwind CSS in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with Next.js and React
- Strong TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Supabase
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS for responsive design
- Understanding of server-side rendering and API routes

- 5+ years full-stack development experience

Own Trade:Aero's online marketing strategy and execution across all paid channels. Plan and run display advertising, search engine advertising (Google Ads / Bing Ads), paid social, and retargeting campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Manage budgets, track ROAS, and continuously optimize against performance targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in online / performance marketing
- Hands-on with display advertising and programmatic (Google Display, Meta)
- Search engine advertising (SEA) expertise — Google Ads & Bing Ads
- Experience with paid social, retargeting, and budget/ROAS management
- Strong analytics skills (GA4, conversion tracking) plus SEO knowledge
Own Trade:Aero's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Craft engaging aviation content, grow our community, and tell the story of European aircraft commerce to enthusiasts and professionals alike.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing social media for a brand
- Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for aviation
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

We're looking for seasoned operators who have scaled startups and/or bring deep aviation-industry expertise to guide our go-to-market, partnerships, and product direction.
