About the Role: As a Temporary Cabinet Maker, you will support the production and installation of custom cabinetry and interior fittings, with a particular focus on aviation and high-end interiors. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and installation teams to turn detailed technical drawings into finished, ready-to-install components. Your work will help ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture custom cabinets and interior components using woodworking and joinery techniques. Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications to produce accurate parts. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and finish components. Assemble and fit furniture and cabinetry in workshop and on-site environments, including aviation interiors. Select and prepare appropriate materials and hardware for each project in line with design requirements. Perform surface finishing, sanding, polishing, and detailing to achieve high-end aesthetic and functional standards. Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to resolve technical or fitment issues during production and installation. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a cabinet maker, joiner, or furniture maker in a workshop or fit-out environment.
