When engines run quietly, propellers stand still, and stories begin – that's "Bölkow & Friends". On the weekend of August 14-16, 2026, Burg Feuerstein airfield (EDQE) in Franconian Switzerland becomes a meeting point for everyone who doesn't just practice aviation, but lives it. Three days filled with flying passion, encounters, exchange, and genuine community – in the air and on the ground. Following the outstanding gatherings of previous years in Koblenz (2024) and Bad Dürkheim (2025), the journey continues to Franconia in 2026. Burg Feuerstein airfield provides an extraordinary setting for this: plenty of space, a stunning environment, and the opportunity to experience special moments of "pilot camaraderie" during this weekend – people and their aircraft come together, and if it goes as planned, there will be a real "pilot fortress" for the first time, where we can gather comfortably together. Heartfelt thanks go to the Luftsportverein Burg Feuerstein, who has pledged their full support. Together, we want to create a gathering that will be remembered. And as always, one thing is clear: a gathering by pilots, for pilots. You don't fly a Bölkow? No problem!
