Your responsibilities as Cabin Manager at Discover Airlines: - As a passionate host, you ensure excellent service and a safe, extraordinary flight experience for our guests with your open and warm-hearted manner. - You patiently explain all onboard procedures to our guests to ensure safe and smooth flight operations. - You have a caring mindset and ensure that our guests feel comfortable at all times. - You accompany our guests during the most wonderful time of the year, enjoy engaging in small talk, and provide them with tips and recommendations for their travels. - You consider onboard sales as an integral part of your service mentality. - You value continuous and personal development. What we offer you: - Basic training as Cabin Manager at Discover Airlines, including training on our fleet (short-, medium-, and long-haul). - Allowance during training. - Permanent employment contract in a growing company within the Lufthansa Group, full-time. - Remuneration according to collective agreement: €3,031.88 gross (incl. tax-free allowance of 16.3%) per month in full-time (incl. 75 block hours) after successfully completed training. - Regular salary increases and special payments. - Absence allowance for duty stays outside the home base. - Onboard sales commission. - From 36 vacation days/year in full-time. - Attractive offers for personal development. - Discounted travel options with over 50 airlines (from 6 months after employment). - Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket or free parking at the airport. What you bring: - Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA regulations (Part CC). - Completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or comparable/higher qualification). - Professional experience in the hotel/hospitality or medical sector is an advantage. - Fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage. - Ability to swim confidently. - Valid passport without restrictions. - Ability to reach the base location within 90 minutes when on standby. - Strong service orientation. - Confident and well-groomed appearance. - Excellent teamwork and social skills. - Internet access. - Willingness to receive yellow fever vaccination.
