Step into a key role within a professional and quality-focused aviation organisation in Zurich, where your CAMO expertise will directly contribute to fleet safety and regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key continuing airworthiness activities while working closely with maintenance and operations teams, with clear development prospects within CAMO management. This is a full-time, office-based position in Zurich, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week (Tuesday to Thursday). About the Role As CAMO Manager, you will support and coordinate continuing airworthiness activities, ensuring full compliance with EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO requirements. The role is centred on the management and coordination of CAMO processes and activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external Part-145 organisations, rather than direct line management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of aircraft maintenance programmes in line with EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO requirements Plan and coordinate maintenance events in collaboration with internal teams and Part-145 organisations to ensure operational efficiency Monitor aircraft airworthiness status, including ADs, SBs, life-limited parts, and reliability trends Assist in airworthiness reviews and the issuance or extension of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) Maintain and update technical records and continuing airworthiness documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Liaise with maintenance providers, OEMs, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities Analyse continuing airworthiness data and support compliance monitoring and decision-making Contribute to internal audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives within CAMO Key Requirements Approximately 3–4 years’ experience in a CAMO or continuing airworthiness environment Previous experience in Pilatus 12, Bombardier Global Express or Embraer Phenom 300E. Good working knowledge of EASA Part-M and/or Part-CAMO regulations Experience in maintenance planning, airworthiness monitoring, or technical records Ability to coordinate effectively with Part-145 organisations and external stakeholders Proficient level of technical English (written and spoken) Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach Desirable Skills Experience with CAMO/MRO systems such as AMOS, CAMP, or OASES Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) Exposure to audits or regulatory inspections Understanding of related aviation regulations (Part-145, Part-OPS) Qualifications Degree or technical qualification in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field EASA Part-66 licence is advantageous but not required Additional CAMO or continuing airworthiness training is a plus Why Join Permanent position within a high-standard Swiss aviation environment Exposure to a broad range of CAMO activities and operational decision-making Clear development pathway towards future CAMO management responsibilities Collaborative and professional working environment in Zurich
