Excel Technical Consulting have a exciting new contract opportunity available for experienced Avionic Technicians with a background working on military jet aircraft for our client based in Germany starting as soon as possible working a 3-month contract. We are looking for avionics technicians with general experience working on military fast jets, that have depth maintenance experience performing modifications, troubleshooting, testing and repairing. The work will be performing maintenance activities on Skyhawks and Alpha Jets. The role will involve carrying out troubleshooting activities and standard avionics maintenance tasks. Ensure all core units for AAG & customer exchange orders are shipped within the time limits as set down by the applicable vendor to reach a zero late fee policy. Ensure that our inventory system is updated following shipments of serviceable material from AAG or customer stock. Responsible for the booking of freight forwarder services to ensure accurate delivery times for our shipments as well as the most economic routings for our customers. Be fully aware & trained in the procedures around air freight security ensuring that AAG’s designation as a “Known Consignor” of air cargo is not compromised in any way. Responsible for the control & administration of the AAG scrap process for components that are scrapped on site Will be required to work towards achieving key measurements (KPI’s) regarding the performance of the shipping department. Must always adhere to company policy with regards to shipping procedures & be aware of the relevant sections of the M.O.E & S.P.M (Company procedure manuals) Maintain the Warehouse to industry standard. Liase with forwarders & agents to arrange site movements as required. Excel Technical Consulting have a new opportunity for EASA B1 licenced engineers who have type ratings on both the B737NG or MAX for a long term contract based in Europe. We are looking for experienced engineers that are available from July, who have the right to work within the EU for a contract carrying out line and base maintenance for the summer season through into the winter season with a likely extension for 2027. You will be working on a 15/15 rotation, where you work 7 days on have one day off then work 7 days before having 15 days off. Your rotational travel is provided. To be considered for this role you must hold a EASA B1 licence and have type ratings and currency on either aircraft, the B737NG or the B737MAX. You will be required to complete a background check / security clearance to obtain a airport security pass which is why we are looking for candidates now to start this process.
