B1 Engineers & Check Managers Wanted – Outside IR35 Contract A major UK MRO is ramping up fast and urgently needs experienced UK CAA B1 Engineers and Check Managers with a B737 or A320 type rating. This is a 3-month contract with immediate starts available, and there’s genuine scope to make an impact as the facility continues to grow. Location: Northwest England or Southwest England (including a key facility in Manchester) Contract: Outside IR35, varying rates for Check Managers & B1 Engineers (contact me to discuss rates) Package: Competitive hourly rates plus additional perks Sector: Leading UK MRO with strong development opportunities Eligibility You must be a UK citizen or hold valid UK work authorisation with at least two years remaining. What you’ll be doing • Carrying out maintenance, repair and overhaul on customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled tasks • Certifying maintenance within the scope of company approvals • Leading and supervising mechanics and support staff while setting the standard for maintenance quality • Ensuring aircraft are turned around efficiently to support on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability If you want to play a key part in the next phase of their growth, I'd be keen to hear from you.
