About the role

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a growing and highly regarded aviation business, supporting the expansion of their Aircraft Sales & Leasing division. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the commercial growth of the H145 D2/D3 platform, focusing on global sales and leasing activity across a complex, multi-market environment. This is a commercially focused position sitting at the centre of strategy and execution, combining business development, deal management, and market positioning across a specialised rotary product line. The Role You will be responsible for building and executing a strong global sales and leasing pipeline, managing end-to-end aircraft transactions, and supporting the wider commercial strategy for the H145 fleet. You will operate across the full lifecycle of aircraft sales and leasing activity, from initial market engagement and deal origination through to contract execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global sales and leasing strategy for H145 D2/D3 aircraft Build and manage a pipeline of qualified customers across multiple regions Lead day-to-day commercial activity across the sales and leasing portfolio Structure and support aircraft transactions, including proposals, pricing, and negotiations Manage lease events including renewals, extensions, terminations, and remarketing Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth deal execution Maintain accurate fleet, client, and pipeline data within CRM systems Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Support aircraft delivery, redelivery, and acceptance processes Commercial & Financial Exposure Ownership of sales and leasing budgets and performance targets Involvement in pricing strategy, margin management, and financial structuring Support contract documentation aligned with industry and regulatory standards Produce pipeline, utilisation, and performance reporting Engage with financiers, insurers, operators, and maintenance providers About You Proven experience in aviation sales, leasing, or business development Strong understanding of rotary aircraft markets or wider aviation leasing dynamics Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret deal structures and financial data Experience managing complex, multi-region customer relationships Track record of delivering revenue growth and closing deals Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders High attention to detail across contracts, data, and client management Desirable: Exposure to aircraft leasing structures, financing, or transaction environments Understanding of aircraft delivery, redelivery, and operational requirements Why This Role This is an opportunity to take ownership of a niche and growing product line within a business investing in its sales and leasing capability.
