As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will work at Discover Airlines in the role of Responsible Cabin Manager, responsible for the operational leadership of your crew on board. Your responsibilities as Responsible Cabin Manager at Discover Airlines: You provide excellent service and a safe, extraordinary flight experience for our guests with your passionate hospitality and open, warm manner. You take responsibility for operational leadership on board, provide orientation in a dynamic environment, and strengthen trust within your crew through clear and appreciative communication. You strengthen team cohesion, promote personal responsibility, and systematically develop your crew's individual competencies. You foster an open communication culture, act calmly and clearly even in stressful situations, and strengthen team cohesion through clear role distribution and mutual support. You lead your team by example, promote an open and trusting feedback culture, and create the foundation for strong collaboration within your crew. You work closely with the cockpit and relevant interfaces (e.g., ground staff, catering, technical services) and ensure smooth and safe operational procedures. You act with confidence, solution-oriented thinking, and empathy even in challenging situations, demonstrating exceptional commitment. You value continuous personal development.
