Hub Selection is currently supporting a renewed MRO based in Romania in the recruitment of a Safety & Compliance Manager for a permanent or contract role. What is on offer: Monthly salary €5,000 for contractors Monthly salary of RON 15,000 for permanent Full time - Monday to Friday 40 hours/week Location: Romania (multiple bases) Main responsibilities: Manage the Compliance Monitoring Programme and conduct internal audits. Oversee the Safety Management System. Investigate occurrences, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with the RO CAA and UK CAA on compliance matters. Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation. Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years with technical background in aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness;. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of EASA/ UK CAA Part-145 and Part CAMO regulations, Safety Management Systems and compliance monitoring principles. Proven auditing experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of regulatory compliance audits. Languages: Proficiency in English (C1) for written and verbal communication. Work Conditions: Ability to work on scheduled and unscheduled events. EU Passport & right to work within EU required . Skills: Leadership and team coordination, critical thinking and deductive analysis, assertive communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure. High attention to details. Very, very good skills on Microsoft Office.
