About the role
Stable, long-term assignment: 5-year renewable contract. Commuting-friendly role: the airline provides positioning flights from your home country to Casablanca at the start of your assignment and back home at the end. **You would still operate from the Casablanca base during the assignment. Accommodation is provided only during duty periods at outstations or layovers. Housing in Casablanca is not included. June , July training classes 2026 available. Competitive Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: EUR €10,500/month net (EUR 10,000 fixed + EUR 500 per diem) **Net of taxes means the airline is covering or deducting taxes already, and the pilot receives €10,500 in their bank account. Bonus: EUR €10,000 every 14 months Overtime: EUR €100/hour above 80 flight hours/month Training pay: full salary from Day 1 of training Renewal covered for License & Class 1 Medical (up to EUR 2,000) Career growth: Wide-body upgrades, instructor roles, fleet transitions. RAM offers unlimited economy tickets for pilot and family: -Free for pilot -Family pays only 10% Schedule and Time-Off Overview: 7 consecutive days per month. 7 days off in one month can be linked with 7 days off in the following month (back-to-back). This arrangement is permitted up to 3 times per year per pilot. Standard weekly days off 24 days vacation per year. Pilots can split their vacation in two portions : -Block of 12 days + block of 12 days, or -Block of 15 days + block of 9 days 6 days sick leave per year 32 days notice period (to resign) Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on B737 NG/MAX Last flight on B737 NG/MAX preferably within 12 months Hold B737 NG/MAX type rating Maximum age 55 years preferred
