Job Purpose The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the management and coordination of all engineering and associated projects including tank entry teams. This is a rare opportunity to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team, as the Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM). This role fulfils the company’s obligation to ensure the continuing airworthiness of our two EC135 T3H aircraft. The role requires a skilled and experienced aviation professional with the necessary training, knowledge and attitude to provide the management of the airworthiness of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s aircraft, working alongside the Accountable Manager (AM), Chief Pilot, Safety and Compliance Manager and other nominated persons including operational, clinical and charity staff. The role requires oversight of and close working with our contracted Pt 145 maintenance provider and sub-contracted CAMO activities. This is a highly fulfilling role where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to the aviation operations of the client. The role ensures accurate financial management and operational costs while supporting strategic decision-making within a highly regulated aviation and financial services environment. The Aviation Finance Manager will work closely with operational teams, service providers, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency, transparency, and compliance with the local authority and international aviation regulations. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for aviation operations. Analyse operational costs including fuel, maintenance, crew services, insurance, and airport charges. Identify cost efficiencies while maintaining operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Implement and maintain strong financial controls and reporting processes. Minimum Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally within aviation, aircraft leasing, asset finance, or financial services. Experience working with aviation service providers.
