Condor Ab Initio Programme – CAP (m/f/d) An exciting and varied training programme awaits you: Acquisition of the Airline Transport Pilot Licence MPL (A) including an A320 type rating Cooperation with one of the most renowned flight schools: TFC Flight Training in Essen Course start January 2027, approximately 24 months total duration Flying experience is not required What Condor offers its cockpit staff: Atmosphere – through a family-oriented and motivated team with flat hierarchies. This certificate is a basic requirement and must be uploaded as proof during the application process. An application can only be submitted after obtaining the certificate. Due to the high level of interest in the Condor flight school programme, Condor will not be able to invite all applicants to the assessment centre and reserves the right to make a pre-selection after comprehensive review of all application documents.
