At the end of the 2-year contract, there may be options to join easyJet’s EU AOC via a fast track process – subject to availability of positions. Initial Training Overview A319/A320/A321 Captains will complete a standard easyJet OCC upon engagement. Requirements of the Role For your application with Storm Global to be progressed, you must have: Operated as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at point of application). A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours. A minimum of 1,000 total PIC hours on A320 family aircraft (by easyJet induction date). An EASA Licence (and be willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC). An EASA Class 1 Medical (and be willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC). Minimum ICAO Level 4 English. The right to live and work in the EU. The Selection Process STAGE 1 – Storm Global will contact you to advise you of the next steps and request further information from you. STAGE 2 – Application Review by Storm Global STAGE 3 – Online Personality Questionnaire STAGE 4 –Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre. This will take place at London Gatwick and will consist of both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment. Offers of engagement via Storm will be made following a full review of your application and performance throughout the entire selection process in line with Storm Global’s requirements.
