Position: Composite Technician Location: Germany – Must Have the right to work in the EU Employment Type: Contract 7/7 – Competitive Rates – 6 Months Renewable Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, assemble, and repair advanced composite structures using industry-standard processes. Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Support production workflows to meet both quality standards and delivery schedules. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production plans with precision. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize composite processes. Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience in composite manufacturing—both in workshop prototyping and high-volume production. Strong knowledge of materials such as carbon, fiberglass, and resin systems. Skilled in layup, curing, bonding, trimming, and finishing composite components. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions during production processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
