About the role

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a leading and growing aviation business supporting rotary aircraft sales and leasing activities globally. We are supporting the search for a BK117 Leasing Manager to take ownership of a specialist leasing portfolio, driving commercial performance, managing lease transactions end-to-end, and identifying new market opportunities across international regions. This is a commercially focused position sitting at the centre of sales, leasing, finance, and technical operations, requiring someone who understands both the detail of leasing transactions and the broader strategy behind fleet utilisation and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Sales & Leasing Delivery Manage the full lifecycle of aircraft leasing transactions from initial enquiry through to delivery and redelivery Develop and execute leasing strategies across the BK117 fleet to drive utilisation and revenue Build and maintain a strong pipeline of lease opportunities globally Prepare and manage lease proposals, term sheets, and agreements alongside legal and technical teams Track key lease events including renewals, extensions, and remarketing opportunities Maintain accurate oversight of fleet availability, client demand, and market positioning Commercial & Financial Performance Drive profitability across the leasing portfolio, supporting pricing strategy and margin optimisation Deliver regular reporting on pipeline, utilisation, and commercial performance Support financial analysis including lease rate calculations and forecasting Ensure all commercial documentation is compliant and aligned with industry standards Work closely with finance, insurers, and external partners to support deal execution Market & Business Development Maintain a clear understanding of global market trends within rotary aviation Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities Support wider commercial strategy and contribute to long-term business planning Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients Build strong relationships across commercial, technical, and legal functions Deliver a high level of service to customers throughout the leasing process Process & Systems Maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate leasing and client data Identify areas for improvement across processes, reporting, and systems Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business Requirements Proven experience within aircraft leasing, sales, or commercial aviation environments Strong understanding of rotary aviation and helicopter operations Demonstrated track record in commercial delivery and business development Experience managing lease agreements, contracts, and financial structures Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret pricing and financial data Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment Desirable Knowledge of leasing structures such as wet/dry lease and maintenance reserves Understanding of CAMO, airworthiness, and delivery/redelivery processes Experience using CRM systems and data management tools Exposure to multi-region or international leasing environments Apply Today: Our client is actively looking to secure the right individual for this position, so it will not be open for long.
