About the Role As CAMO Manager, you will support and coordinate continuing airworthiness activities, ensuring full compliance with EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO requirements. Control y Ajuste de Weight and Balance (W&B) Gestionar y mantener actualizado el Weight and Balance Manual (WBM) y los Aircraft Weighing Reports de cada aeronave de la flota, conforme a los requisitos EASA y del Type Certificate Holder. Planificar y coordinar los pesajes periodicos (weighing) de la flota, asegurando el cumplimiento de los intervalos regulatorios y post-modificacion. Revisar y aprobar los calculos de Weight and Balance Controlar el impacto en W&B de cada modificacion, SB, EO, repair o cambio de configuracion cabina/carga, emitiendo las correspondientes Weight and Balance Revisions (WBR). Coordinar con Flight Operations la emision y distribucion de los datos actualizados de W&B para la correcta preparacion de load sheets y performance. Gestion Integral de la Minimum Equipment List (MEL) Liderar la confeccion, revision y actualizacion de la MEL customizada de cada flota (B737NG/CL, ATR72, A321F, EMB120 y nuevas incorporaciones), partiendo de la Master MEL (MMEL) del Type Certificate Holder. Asegurar la correcta integracion de (O) Operational Procedures y (M) Maintenance Procedures en cada item de MEL, alineados con los procedimientos del operador. Gestionar el proceso de aprobacion de la MEL y sus revisiones ante AESA, incluyendo la justificacion tecnica y operacional de cada variacion respecto a la MMEL. Brindar soporte tecnico a P145 en la aplicacion e interpretacion de items de MEL, evaluacion de deferrals y definicion de rectificacion. Liderar la resolucion de discrepancias derivadas de la aplicacion de MEL: analisis de causa raiz, extensiones de plazo justificadas tecnicamente, transicion de MEL a AD/SB o a Engineering Dispositions cuando corresponda. Monitorizar el uso recurrente de items de MEL por matricula y por flota, alimentando el proceso de Fiabilidad con inputs de repeat deferrals y proponiendo acciones correctivas estructurales. Emitir Allowable Deferred Defect (ADD) y asegurar su cierre dentro de los plazos regulatorios, con la correspondiente actualizacion documental en los sistemas de la CAMO. Interlocucion con AESA y Representantes OEM Actuar como interlocutor tecnico principal de la CAMO ante AESA en materia de ingenieria: aprobacion de AMP, MEL, WBM, variaciones, AMOC, revisiones de Part-CAMO MOE y respuesta a auditorias y findings. Preparar y presentar ante AESA los dossiers tecnicos requeridos para la aprobacion de modificaciones, repairs, STCs y customizaciones de flota. Mantener una relacion tecnica activa y profesional con los representantes y field service de los OEM (Boeing, ATR, Airbus, Embraer) y con los Design Organisations (DOA) asociados, canalizando consultas tecnicas y obteniendo soporte oportuno. Gestionar los contratos de soporte tecnico (Technical Publications, Engineering Support Agreements) con los OEM, asegurando acceso a la documentacion actualizada y a los servicios tecnicos contratados. Liderar las reuniones tecnicas periodicas con AESA y OEM, representando a la CAMO y al Technical Director con rigor, preparacion y vision estrategica. Consolidar y canalizar las consultas tecnicas de sistemas y estructuras originadas en P145 o en Fiabilidad hacia el OEM correspondiente, asegurando respuesta oficial documentada (RTS, Service Request, Technical Query). Liderazgo y Gestion del Equipo de Ingenieria Crear, desarrollar y liderar el equipo de Ingenieros de CAMO (Ingenieria de Flota, Ingenieria de Sistemas, Structures, Powerplant), definiendo roles, responsabilidades y objetivos medibles. Garantizar la formacion continua del equipo en normativa aplicable, nuevas tecnologias, sistemas de aeronave y herramientas digitales. Fomentar la colaboracion transversal con Planning, Supply Chain, Fiabilidad, Quality, SMS y P145. Reportar periodicamente al Technical Director sobre el estado de la ingenieria de flota, KPIs clave y riesgos tecnicos identificados. REQUISITOS Formacion Academica Titulo universitario en Ingenieria Aeronautica, Aeroespacial, Mecanica, Electronica o carreras afines. Licencia EASA Part-66 B1/B2 (valorable). Formacion regulatoria Part-CAMO, Part-M, Part-145 (excluyente). Experiencia Profesional Experiencia comprobable (minimo 8-10 años) en posiciones de Ingenieria de Mantenimiento o Head/Manager of Engineering dentro de una CAMO, operador aereo o MRO. Track record en gestion integral de AD/SB, emision de EOs y administracion de Programas de Mantenimiento aprobados. Experiencia en gestion de MEL (confeccion, revisiones, aprobacion ante Autoridad) y resolucion de discrepancias operacionales. Experiencia en Weight and Balance, Avionica y control de registradores CVR/FDR. Experiencia demostrada en liderazgo de equipos de ingenieria multi-flota y multi-operador. Experiencia previa en interaccion directa con AESA/EASA, presentacion de dossiers tecnicos y gestion de contratos con Type Certificate Holders y OEM. Experiencia en analisis de Fiabilidad y definicion de planes de accion tecnicos. Idiomas Ingles avanzado (excluyente). Capacidad para liderar reuniones tecnicas, redactar EOs y reportar en ingles.
