Key Responsibilities The Role: Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with customer requirements and defined Lists of Work. Adhere to Company procedures and Human Factors principles, ensuring the use of correctly maintained, uniquely identified personal tools, Company tooling, and calibrated test equipment. Manage effective internal and external relationships with customers, team members, and support departments, while actively mentoring and developing colleagues. Ensure all maintenance documentation and forms are accurately completed and submitted before the end of the shift, in full compliance with MOE Part 2 and Company procedures. Process and return any unused materials to Stores as soon as practicable, ensuring correct disposal procedures are followed at all times. Candidate Requirements Essential: Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in aviation or mechanical engineering. Good structural knowledge including ability to carry out structural repairs.
