EASA B2 Licensed Engineer B787 | Contract | Malta A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our trusted client in Malta. We are currently recruiting EASA B2 Licensed Engineers with type and recency on B787 aircraft to support base maintenance operations on a long-term contract. Position Details: Position: EASA B2 Licensed Engineer Aircraft Type: Boeing B787 Employment Type: Contract (Base Maintenance) Location: Malta Start Date: Immediately End Date: December 2026 Rates: Competitive hourly rate Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off (average 60 hours per week) Accommodation: Provided or per diem option available Flights: Provided at the start and end of the assignment Main Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on B787 avionics and systems Certify and release aircraft for service in accordance with EASA Part-66 regulations Support scheduled base maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and documentation Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient base maintenance operations Requirements: EASA B2 License with Type and Recency on B787 Proven record of recency (logbooks required) Valid SMS including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2) Initial certifications in Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2) Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid EU work permit) About Aeropeople: Aeropeople provides tailored recruitment and engineering services across the aviation, aerospace, defence, and motorsport sectors.
