Bostonair are looking for Materials/ Stores Coordinators for full time roles in Bostonair's Munich and Stuttgart Line Maintenance Stations. Monday to Friday Training opportunities Competitive salary The position is a full time, permanent contract with Bostonair in Germany. Requirements include: Must have the right to work in the EU You must have experience working in a Materials/ Stores Coordination position previously in an aviation maintenance environment. Current Human Factors, EWIS & Fuel Tank Safety certificates ZUP (German security clearance) is desirable but not essential Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day running of the stores department • Receiving and inspecting a wide range of aircraft parts in line with operational procedures • Ensuring correct material handling and storage conditions are maintained in line with the regulatory standards • Preparation of outgoing shipments • Ensure all dispatched items are routed via the appropriate carriers, paying particular attention to the carriage of dangerous goods • Ownership on Stock checks/stock management along with the Material Coordinator • Material inventory control, paying particular attention to shelf life items along with the Material Coordinator • Tooling inventory control, paying particular attention to calibration along with Material Coordinator Desired Educational Qualifications: • Courses related to Aviation Material Management
