The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the Continuing Airworthiness Management System in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure continuous compliance with EASA regulations, LBA requirements, and applicable national legislation. Develop, maintain, and obtain authority approval for the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME). Manage and oversee contracted Part-145 maintenance organizations worldwide, including the company’s own Part-145 organization (line and base maintenance). Ensure clear organizational and functional separation between CAMO and the in-house Part-145 organization in accordance with EASA and LBA expectations. Define and monitor interfaces, responsibilities, and escalation pathways between CAMO and Part-145. Monitor performance and regulatory compliance of contracted maintenance organizations. Work closely with the Safety Manager and Compliance Monitoring Manager to integrate continuing airworthiness into the Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance monitoring framework. Actively participate in safety and compliance activities, including: Hazard identification and risk assessment Continuous improvement initiatives Audit preparation and support Provide technical leadership and professional development of CAMO personnel. Hold budget responsibility for the CAMO function. Qualifications: Minimum Five (5) years relevant experience, within Continued Airworthiness.
