MOC Duty Engineer – Permanent Opportunity We are pleased to be supporting a leading European airline in the search for an experienced MOC Duty Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time technical support and guidance to flight crews regarding MEL dispatch and troubleshooting. Act as the primary point of contact between the Maintenance Department and flight crews. Coordinate and manage the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery process, including spares requests and follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements. Monitor MEL, CDL, and critical deferred defects across the fleet, ensuring timely rectification within approved limits. Track repetitive defects and work closely with flight crews and maintenance providers to identify effective solutions. Liaise with maintenance organisations to resolve technical issues and support non-routine maintenance events. Obtain approved technical data from Type Certificate holders, STC holders, or Part 21 Design Organisations for non-standard damage assessments or complex troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Operations Control Centre (OCC) to optimise maintenance planning and minimise operational disruption. Experience & Requirements A minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant industry experience. EU right to work What’s on Offer Permanent, direct-hire position with a major European airline.
