Remos G3 Mirage

Selling my Remos G3 Mirage, year of manufacture 2001. MTOW: 472.5 kg, empty weight: 308.5 kg. Next JNP: 03/2025. The engine was newly installed in 2022: Rotax 912 with 100 hp (only 211 operating hours since installation), equipped with an airbox and RD oil thermostat, installation by Remos service center. The propeller is also new in 2022: Tonini GT2 (only 211 operating hours since installation). The rescue device Junkers Magnum and the Lightspeed Softpack were renewed in 2016. Next inspection is due by 12/2028. The airframe has 2916 flight hours with 2100 landings. Fuel capacity is 70 liters, usable 67.5 liters. Consumption: 15 liters/hour. Fuel is super unleaded, Plus, or Mogas. Range is 4 hours plus reserve, approx. 720 km. First ownership since 2004, flown exclusively by the owner, for business, no club operations, always hangared. Location: Weserbergland. Maintenance and care are carried out regularly, although not required: Since 2001, a 200-hour maintenance every 50 flight hours. L-file with table + logbook available. All SB, LTA, engine and airframe maintenance are performed, no maintenance backlog. Brake pads are 100 hours old.
