Apply Synthetic Flight Instructor Q400 / 40-60% (m/f/diverse) FACTS Location Frankfurt am Main Berlin Vienna Field of work Training / Education and Development Working hours Part-time Entry level Direct entry Contract duration 18 months LAT OPS DE, as one of Europe's largest ATOs, trains pilots from all over the world on full-flight simulators of the Airbus/Boeing/Bombardier/Embraer types. For this challenging role and to expand the existing instructor team, we are seeking experienced Type Rating Instructors/Synthetic Flight Instructors for FURTHER QUALIFICATION AS SYNTHETIC FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR Q400 (M/F/D). Tasks Conducting theoretical and practical training in accordance with LAT OPS DE training standards Preparation to meet customer training requirements Creation and further development of training materials REQUIREMENTS In addition to many years of experience as an instructor in flight operations or training organizations, you should bring the following: EASA ATPL (as TRI) or proof of a previously acquired and possibly no longer valid MPA type rating (as SFI) Valid MPA type rating including valid TRI endorsement on ATR42/72 (as TRI) or valid SFI certificate per Part-FCL.905.SFI for ATR42/72 Valid Class 1 medical certificate (as TRI) or occupational medical fitness (as SFI; arranged by LAT) At least ICAO English Level 4 At least 500 hours of instructional experience in FSTD or aircraft Documented experience in the training sector (airline or training organization) Good MS Office skills High social and didactic competence, teamwork and customer orientation Willingness to travel Willingness to qualify on an additional type Willingness to increase the employment relationship (if applicable) to 80% during the qualification measure (approx. 3 months) About Lufthansa Aviation Training Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) is one of the world's leading companies in the field of aviation training and employs around 1200 staff at ten training and education locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA.
