Apply Type Rating Instructor / Examiner 60-100% (m/f/diverse) FACTS Location Berlin, Frankfurt am Main or Zurich [depending on type] Working time Full-time or part-time Entry level Direct entry Contract duration 18 months Field Training / Education and Training LAT OPS DE, as one of Europe's largest ATOs, trains more than 20,000 hours annually for pilots from all over the world on full-flight simulators. For this challenging role and to expand the existing instructor team, we are seeking Type Rating Instructors/Examiners (m/f/diverse) for the following types: A320 (in FRA, BER or ZRH) A220/BD500 (in FRA) EMB E1/E2 (in FRA or BER) A330/A350 (in FRA or ZRH) Q400 (in FRA or BER) B737 (in BER) Tasks Conducting theoretical and practical training in accordance with LAT OPS DE training standards Preparing to meet customer training requirements Creating and further developing training materials Requirements In addition to many years of experience as an instructor in flight operations or training organizations, you should bring the following: EASA ATPL Valid Class 1 medical certificate Valid MPA type rating including valid TRI endorsement on at least one of the above types or valid examiner recognition per Part-FCL.1005.TRE a) for the A330/350 type Valid MPA type rating including valid TRI endorsement on at least one additional Airbus/Boeing/Bombardier/Embraer type and, for examiners, valid examiner recognition per Part-FCL.1005.TRE At least ICAO English Level 4 German language skills: native speaker or language level C1 (=proficient language skills) or ICAO Level 5 "Extended". At least 500 hours of teaching experience in FSTD or aircraft as SFI/TRI Proven experience in airline training Very good MS Office skills High social and didactic competence, teamwork and customer orientation Willingness to travel Willingness to qualify on an additional type Company About Lufthansa Aviation Training Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) is one of the world's leading companies in aviation training and employs around 700 people at ten training and education locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA.
